“Culture”
60-year history to the next generation Disciplined at Hakata, the home of Mizutaki, the fourth owner wished to promote the
Mizutaki to Osaka. Osaka is so called “the kitchen of the country.” “IROHA-Souemon-cho” started with the passion that the
traditional taste of Hakata-Mizutaki should be loved by everyone at Minimi, one of the historical and cultural cities at Osaka.
