Mizutaki, nabe pot

  • Hakata Mizutaki - the way it should be, mild yet rich in flavor and high in collagen.

    Pour into your bowl a few scoops of our rich-flavor broth, which extracted its essence from Miyazaki Prefecture's Takachiho chicken. Then add a little bit of yuzu spice and salt to enjoy the Hakata delicacy.
    Serve with our homemade, specialty citrus-soy sauce mix for the tenderly-cooked chicken and chicken meatballs concocted with our best-kept secret ingredient.
    Cabbage is used in place for commonly-used Chinese cabbage for our staple dish; this creates the intricate, sweeter flavor of the pot from the complementing mixture of the vegetable and the chicken broth.
    Extra veggies, chicken, and meatballs are available for more to be added to your meal.
    Rice and/or champon noodles, often added to the pot to close out the meal, are also optional based on your preference.
